Terms of Service

License

When you purchase Linkyy, you receive a license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified by your plan. Your license includes lifetime access to updates at no additional cost.

Your license is for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others. If we detect a license key being used beyond its authorized scope, we reserve the right to deactivate it.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If Linkyy doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are handled through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider.

Support

Your purchase includes access to support for bug reports and general usage questions. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or theme-specific troubleshooting. We'll do our best to help, but some issues may fall outside what we can reasonably assist with.

Availability & Compatibility

Linkyy is provided “as-is.” While we actively maintain the plugin and work to ensure broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee it will work with every WordPress theme, plugin, or hosting environment. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues that arise from using the plugin on your site.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify customers via email. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Data the Plugin Collects

Linkyy tracks link clicks on your WordPress pages, including the link clicked, the page URL, and a timestamp. This data is stored entirely in your own WordPress database on your own server. No tracking data is ever sent to us or any third party.

You are the data controller for any information collected by the plugin on your site. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Linkyy complies with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR) and that your own site's privacy policy reflects the data being collected.

Data We Collect (Marketing Site & Purchase)

When you purchase Linkyy or interact with our website, we may collect:

Email address — provided when you make a purchase or sign up for updates. Used for license delivery, product updates, and occasional announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information — processed entirely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Basic analytics — our website uses Cloudflare Pages, which provides basic traffic metrics (page views, visits, top pages). This data is aggregated and anonymous — no cookies, no personal identifiers, and no data shared with third parties.

Data We Don't Collect

We do not collect, receive, or have access to any of the click tracking data generated by the plugin on your site. That data lives solely on your server.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. If you're located in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
